Led a class of sixteen students in the creation of a wiki (with lexicon) for the study of organization in higher education, including technology, project organization, content, class biographies, and a listserv. Supervised by Dr. Andrew Wall, assistant professor.

Research Assistant. Margaret Warner Graduate School of Education and Human Development, January 2005 to present. With the lead researcher, conducted interviews of case subject (an entrepreneurial dean) and case collaborators. Coded transcripts for analysis using N6 software. Dr. Raffaella Borasi, Dean and Frederica Warner Professor.

Research Assistant. Margaret Warner Graduate School of Education and Human Development, May 2007 to December 2007. With the lead researcher, conduct cross-case analysis of six entrepreneurial educators. Dr. Kara Finnigan, assistant professor.

Independent Study. Margaret Warner Graduate School of Education and Human Development, current. Data Driven Decision Making. Using data collected via a student satisfaction survey, analyzed information using SPSS software, identified areas of strength and concern, made recommendations regarding gaps in student support. Supervised by Dr. Ruthanne Vitagliano, assistant professor.

Master’s Research. William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration, September 2000 to January 2002. Conducted marketing research around the topic of marketing graduate programs (specifically business education) to part-time prospective students. Designed and collected over 1500 surveys, conducted focus groups, analyzed data and made recommendations to the marketing and admissions offices. Supervised by Dr. Steven Posavac, associate professor.
